We will learn folding techniques and master the shaping of tortelloni and ravioli as well as exploring different stuffing recipes.
You will make Ravioli Cacio e Pepe, Mezze Lune Ricotta e Spinaci and Tortelloni alla Mantovana!
Our classes are not limited simply to cooking instruction. We also explore the culinary traditions of the shapes and recipes we are making and learn about the terroir of the Italian regions where they originate. This evening is laid back yet informative, perfect for a couples' date out or a leisurely family activity. We guarantee that you will go home with the know-how to make pasta at home!
